You’ll find us at Henry Cavendish School playground. We're here all year round, from mid Feb till December thanks to the hard-standing concrete ground and dedicated indoor space. Don’t let a bit of bad weather put you off – we always have plenty of sellers and a great turnout of buyers.

General admission starts at 11 am, with a staggered entry system to keep things smooth! Early birds snag the best deals and help us manage queues. It’s a win-win: less waiting for you and a steady flow of customers for our sellers all day long.

  • Please bring exact change for the door. 
We cannot accept £50 or £20 notes.

  • The closest cash points can be found at Sainsburys on Balham High Street.

  • Please make sure you ask for a stamp on your way out if you wish to re enter.

  • There are toilets on site.

  • We kindly ask that dogs be kept on a lead.

  • Please, no smoking, as it's on school premises.

  • There is food and drink available.
